Barbara Herold has been teaching this wonderful and fascinating game of bridge for many years. She is a full member of the English Bridge Union Teachers Association and has attained Professional Teacher status.
There are many who have taken up bridge only to say it has given them a whole new social life and many friends.
The 3rd Term for the First Year Students begins 16th April. This term we will be covering all the Strong Two openings together with pre-emptive bids and overcalls. If existing players would like to come along to specific classes please contact Barbara for the syllabus.

In addition to the above if you would like to teach your non-bridge playing friends, children or grandchildren the simplified version of bridge called “Minibridge” I would be very happy to explain the basics to you and let you have some sample teaching hands. This is the best way to get anyone interested in bridge and is simple enough to be able to grasp in about 5 - 10 minutes. It is a fact that nearly all the England players learnt to play bridge before they were 21. Just think, your grandchild could be playing for England in the future!
